Sandra Callies is a South Dakota native and has studied architecture and art history at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She has learned from warm glass artists Peter McGrain, Ann Porter and Patricia Barkley while living in Spearfish. Currently, she lives in Sioux Falls and champions it’s fledgling community of artists.
